It began with my journey, now I want to help you with yours.
My name is Matthew Jones. I have always been into most things athletically related and have hit many desired goals and personal markers in many areas of fitness. Starting as a skateboarder at a young age I learned early on that practice and discipline is a very powerful tool and through time and repetition I could achieve a variety of tricks and stunts to keep in my skateboard arsenal. Eventually I would move on to get a black belt in Tae Kwon and get into lifting weights and running among many other fitness related things. But the main passion point is that Fitness, nutrition and healthy life practices have brought healing, strength and overall optimal wellness to my being. My hope is to bring others on this same kind of journey by discovering and learning together.
